How to correctly use:
1.Clean the ice roller first ,then put in the freezer bag
2.Freezing 15mins or put in the fridge 45mins,Don't keep it in the freezer all the time , too cold temprature will be bad for your skin.
3.Wash your face properly and apply skin care product,gets ice roller ready
4.Roll the ice roller along the face in upper motion for 1min each side,roll in the same direction shown in the picture.
